迎賓公園 (Hotel Welcome Park(Walkable Distance from Mall Road))

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor service and unacceptable behavior I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel on 11-13may The front desk staff, particularly the manager on duty, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting us courteously, their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a paying guest, I expected a higher standard of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the reputation or values your hotel claims to uphold. Also we haven't received any bill or invoice as no one was available at reception apart from a service boy , he also asked for Tip multiple time by knocking the door also in car parking area our car was damaged by no vigilance and no security check was provided I request that this matter be investigated seriously and appropriate action be taken. I would appreciate a response from management addressing this issue and informing me of the steps being taken to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Property is good but maintenance is not upto mark. Facilities in the resort are also very few as compared to other club mahindra properties. Food is costly with lesser option again as compared to other Club Mahindra properties. At Swimming Pool, there was no lifeguard and no facility to provide towels. Room was spacious. It was average stay.

Location is good, has aroom overlooking the lake.Food was excellent, though they take a longtime to serve

Overall very nice experience at the hotel. Staff behaviour was really good. Food is very good and tasty. Room services are also prompt. The hotel is slightly in cliff road and difficult to walk for aged or people having arthritis etc. But the Best part is they give pick and drop free car service to Mall road entry point. Also they arrange cab service if you want to visit some place for local sight seeing. Cab driver Virender was very polite person and guided us in all Sight seeing. Kudos for all services and keep up the good work..

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hotel Welcome Park, Nainital. The room was extremely dirty, and despite repeated requests, the staff refused to clean the overflowing dustbin. Basic hygiene was completely ignored. The mattress and bedsheets were covered with someone else's hair, which was absolutely disgusting and showed that the linens hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly. There was no geyser or hot water, which is unacceptable in a hill station like Nainital. To make things worse, they didn’t even provide complimentary water bottles – something even the smallest budget hotels manage to offer. The service was unresponsive and the staff clearly didn’t care about guest comfort. Avoid this hotel at all costs – it’s not worth your money or peace of mind.

Worst stay, no facilities, no wifi weird and unhygienic washroom and water storage jugs, shady hotel, no breakfast only bread toast with tea available if u leave early, at 8:30 and that too very bad quality toast, bes mattress coir foam, female should never go to stay here if going alone

Rest of the location of the hotel was the best except the food was a little expensive and the hotel did not mention the cost of the items in the food bill, just made a direct bill and said that the bill is for this much, no summary was mentioned and neither did they give the discount that was supposed to be given by Make My Trip.

We stayed at Hotel Welcome Park for 2 days and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is located at a steep climb from mall road but they provide you with pickup facility to take you up the slope. Check in was quick and the room was very spacious with a view of the lake from the attached balcony. Service was good and the staff was polite and helpful.

It’s a good stay .Rooms were spacious ,services were good .Tarrif were bit on a higher side but still Location was perfect as it’s walking distance to Mall Road .
